Leading Our People
Overview
People are the most important resource for this organisation. How we lead and treat our people directly impacts on our performance and success as an employer of choice. The Leadership Academy has designed three one-day modules to enable our managers to develop their skills when Leading Our People.
The three modules focus on incorporating Value Driven Leadership and the MPS Values into Attendance Management & Welfare, Fairness & Professional Standards and Performance Development.
Who is it for?
The ‘Leading Our People’ modules form part of the Leadership Pathway for newly promoted team leaders who have responsibility for staff. In time the Academy look forward to offering these modules to existing managers of all levels.
