Open Programme - Managing Workloads
Managing workloads is an interactive session to enable you to understand and control your large workloads. This is not just a time management lesson, it explains the universal flow of work from collecting to processing to acting, it provides numerous practical examples to create your own personal method of how to work more efficiently, more effectively and with a greater sense of control. Whether you’ll be chairing a meeting, struggling with an overflowing inbox or are just not getting home on time, this session is for you.
